    How to add embroidery details to my order?

    This is one of the most important part of your embroidery order. Please complete all 6 steps on the detail page.

    Text, Font Style and Thread Colors are required information for any embroidery order. If any of this information is missing there is an automatic delay on the order.

    Why is my phone number necessary?

    If we realize that some of the personalization information is missing, we directly communicate with you. We either send a text message or call to clarify. We do not want to delay the order because of any missing information.

    Thread Colors for your embroidery

    We have been in the embroidery business for the last 20 years and we carry all necessary colors. If in any case you don't find the thread color that you are looking for in our list, just type the color you are looking for in your order and we will try to match it. If we cant, we will order the exact thread color for your order.

    Font Styles and custom logo embroidery

    We selected the bestselling font styles and listed them on all detail pages. Obviously we can not list all the font styles that are available in the market. If in any case, you see that the font style that you wanted is not listed, please contact us and we will get it for you.
    If you are planning to do a custom logo or image embroidery, we must send your image or logo to a digitizer so that our designer can digitize the image/logo. This is a process to make the image readable by the embroidery machine. Digitizing requires an extra fee. We will always receive a quote from the digitizer and send you the quote for your approval. The file will be your property for any other future embroidery project

    Are Embroidered items returnable ?

    Unfortunately No. Please note that a personalized order involves a lot of effort from our embroidery department and it also ships Free. If you are not sure about the size, you can always contact us and we will give you all necessary information. If we made an error on the embroidery, we will do the embroidery the same day and ship it again.

    What is the Embroidery Process?

    All embroidery work is done in our Miami warehouse. We carry all the merchandise and we have the embroidery machines with a wonderful team.
    They take the garment out of the bag, inspect the garment and get it ready for the embroidery. In the meantime, another person creates the design of your embroidery on a PC and sends it to a designated embroidery machine. Once the embroidery is complete it is cleaned from any embroidery material and carefully inserted into its original bag. If gift wrap is ordered, package is gift wrapped as well. All the work is done very carefully and with love. There is no automation involved. It is all custom and we take every single order seriously.

    Which carrier do you use to ship ?

    If an item is embroidered, we ship via UPS. According to our experience, UPS is the most reliable carrier for your valuable personalized item. It is valuable for us as well because we put so much effort into it.
    If an item is not embroidered we might choose USPS depending on the region. %99 of our shipments are UPS.

    Wholesale availability

    We are constantly working with company's that need promotional towels for their promotions, events or their own retail shops. Most of the time these towels, bathrobes or slippers have the company logo on them. These projects are done in Turkey in our facilities. Contact us if you have a planned project.     APO / FPO orders

    We gladly accept APO / FPO orders and we consider these orders as high priority. We will ship your personalized APO / FPO order within 24 hours.

    Do you do "same day" embroidery?

    Yes, depending on the time of the day and the items availability we have the resources to embroider the same day and ship the same day.
